Jack Nicklaus is the most successful player on Golf Majors history having won a quite staggering 18 Major championships through his glittering career, this included becoming the oldest US Masters champion of all time aged 46 in 1986. His first Major was the 1962 US Open and his last came an incredible 24 years later in that Masters win at Augusta in 1986.

Jack Nicklaus has broken countless records in Golf Majors through his career, in 1971 he became the first golfer ever to win all four Majors twice in his career. Just seven years later in 1978 Nicklaus became the first golfer to claim all four Majors three times, this is a record that only Tiger Woods has equaled doing so in 2008.

Nicklaus became one of the most successful and famous sportsmen of the 20th century winning countless awards along the way, he was the first real golf superstar of the modern era and paved the way for the golfers of today.
